Dr. Amanda Meng, Treasurer

Dr. Amanda Meng is honored to serve the LGBTQ+ community through her role as Treasurer and Board Member of GSSC. Dr. Meng spent three years as research faculty at Georgia Tech, exploring caring democracy through technology. She is now a consultant with Jabian.

For Dr. Meng, being a trusted and active ally for the LGBTQ+ community is about believing in people when they express who they are and what they need. Her hope is that GSSC succeeds in making Georgia a more attentive, responsive, and caring place for queer and trans folks.
